Fucking Trash Talking Shits
I’ve never ever ever ever regretted moving out of Nebraska. Never. The place is all in all a horrible place. People are so bored and the community is so small that people just fucking gossip and talk shit all the fucking time. Today, while talking to my sister, I heard that my old high school TEACHER, TEACHER mind you, talks shit about me to his students. Now, I was NEVER a bad student. I was a well-behaved child, who took part in all the nerdy things at school. And he was one of the coordinators of all these nerdy things. Apparently, he talks about me frequently. And it’s never good. Specifically, once, he told his students that I got a yeast infection from sex. Well first, I’ve never had a goddamn yeast infection. Second, I didn’t even start having sex until after I moved away. And third, you don’t get fucking yeast infections from sex. So much for the gifted students’ program coordinator. Like FUCK. And that also means, someone has been feeding him this bullshit. Yes, something of the like has happened to me, a UTI, which a large percentage of sexually active girls get. So that means, someone has been spreading this story. The thing is though, I don’t keep in touch with anyone back at home, besides my family and my absolute best friend, who went through the same UTI problem as I did. Who the fuck told him, and how did they find out? I’m out of Nebraska, over and done with the people and their bullshit. Why do I keep getting sucked into it?

The problem with gossip besides the lies is you never know its true source. Are you sure your teacher is really talking about you? He could be an innocent victim in this as well. Any teacher with a brain would know that talking badly about former students or anyone one to other students can be grounds for punishment, especially for lies and slander. Why would an adult engage in such a childish and petty activity? Ask your sister if she actually witnessed you former teacher doing these things, or did she hear it from someone else?It sounds like you have someone over there who’s jealous of you and is stirring up trouble. Until you know the source, anything you hear has to be treated as hearsay and not actual evidence. I wouldn’t worry about it – if someone is so jealous of you to be taking time out to start up rumors, then they have a sad life and should be pitied.
I know all about this. My old hometown is AWFUL. Full of so much lies and rumors. It’s awful. I’m sorry you have to deal with that. But at least you know it’s not true. They can all just kiss your ass. In my opinion lol.

I think you’re gonna find a lot of trash talk in any place where you make a name for yourself, unfortunately. I passed out once in high school, and my trigonometry teacher was apparently going on about how I probably fainted because she doesn’t think I eat. Get the fuck outta here haha, there’s no way she could’ve even known that. What’s with these grown ass teachers who like to talk shit??
Sorry to hear that, I never believed how some people like to cause drama until now when I have experienced that personally! That’s unfortunate your teacher is talking about you. Unfortunately you’ll find that anywhere you go =Regarding UTIs from sex, that happens often. Many of my friends swear by drinking cranberry juice post-coital to reduce chances of getting a UTI.GL =)
Leave them be. There will always be gossip and people talking about your back. No matter what church, where you work, or what city. Just do your business, and ignore it. You are better than they are.

That sucks. If you stay away from all small towns in general, it becomes increasingly difficult for rumors like this to exist. Which is why I am definitely living in a major city when I get the chance.
