How to Train Your Metabolism
Diet:
Two words: regular and reasonable.
Eat meals at regular times of the day. Don’t eat until you feel like you’re going to throw up. Don’t have dessert every meal. Don’t have steak and fries right before you go to bed.
Exercise:
Don’t do it.
In my head, exercise fucks with your metabolism. Your body becomes dependent on the exercise, so it slows down naturally and waits for you to work out. But what happens when you no longer have time to work out, or when you become unable to work out, or simply you’re too tired to? Your metabolism isn’t stimulated and doesn’t go, and you get fat.

Er no. Excercise is essential. But for the sake of argument, let’s just say you don’t do excercise, and SOMEHOW you manage to stay fit. What happens to your stamina? Your speed? Your muscles?Food is only pumping and supplying you with the vitamins, proteins, fats, etc. that your body needs. It’s up to the person to actually use them for their own body- which leads to excercise. You can’t just laze around and expect to stay fit.The diet advice weren’t too bad though.
@JinnLedet - this is somewhat of a joke… i didn’t mean for you to pick it apart.
@XoAsianBabioX - Well him and you both have valid points. You are right in the point which exercise is needed to keep a certain metabolism but so goes with eating routines.
really? don’t exercise? i think i’ll stick with it
